Mat + Erika!

You know when you smile for so long that your cheeks start hurting!?  That is what it is like to be around Mat and Erika.. they make my cheeks HURT!!!  I love them.  I loved being with them for this special day!  It rained and poured all day.. giving us just a tiny window to get a few outdoor shots.. and the wind blew Erika's veil straight into Casco Bay!!  Rumor has is they retrieved it the next day!  These two are full of adventure, love, passion and all the good things in life.  I am so lucky to have wedding clients turn into friends, and these two will be life long. <3  Cheers to you, Mat and Erika!!  XOXOXO!!

Lauren + Kyle

Lauren and Kyle met on the first day at College orientation.. oh my are they sweet.  Perfectly matched.  I love how thoughtlessly confident they both are, in themselves, in their love.  I had the absolute best time following them around on their wedding day.  It was my first time taking a chair lift up to a ceremony and I hope it won't be my last!!  Their day was full of excitement, love, laughs and views!!  I am so thankful to have been part of it all!  Wishing you a million years of happiness, Lauren and Kyle!  Thanks for letting me capture some of your beautiful story!  Here is a little snapshot of their day.  Xo!

Erik + Carolyn

The minute I met Erik and Carolyn for their engagement session over the winter I fell in love with them.  They are like magnets that you want to be around all the time!  It has given me so much joy getting to know them and capturing this special time in their life.  This day was truly one of my favorites.. all their friends and family welcoming me into their circle with wide open arms.  So many laughs and happy tears.. It was such a pleasure reliving it all as I edited my way through their photos.  And I will probably have No Diggity stuck in my head until Christmas.<3  Here are a few of my faves.  Congratulations Mr + Mrs Milles!!  XO

You know when you meet someone for the first time and you just know you are going to be friends?!  That is what happened when I met Matt and Aly.  They are the sweetest little duo there ever was.  Their day was no different.. sweet, cheerful and full of love.  The ceremony was set to go at 3pm.. everyone had arrived and then came the rain.. and tornados.. after some back and forth they decided to ride it out and see if the rain would let up.  And guess what?!  Those clouds opened up and the sun blasted down as if someone had it all planned out!  Someone was truly watching over you two, that day.<3  I had an absolute blast capturing this day! 

Katie + Collin

Katie and Collin.  Wow.  They left me speechless.  We planned their engagement session around a little gettaway I was taking with my husband.. and I am so thankful that I got to take him along on this adventure too!  We met in Seal Harbor on a perfect evening.. hitting Little Long Pond, Seal Harbor Beach and ending the night on a private property with the best dang views I have ever seen.  Maine is the most gorgeous State there is and I feel SO lucky to see beautiful places and meet such beautiful people, and call it work.  Thankful.  Here are just a few of my faves.. LOVED meeting you, Katie and Collin!!  Cannot wait for the wedding!! <3

Web + Catie

Web and Catie.. where do I even begin?  I have known Web for as long as I can remember.  When I saw his name pop up on my email a year or so ago I got down right giddy.  I knew this would be an unforgettable day and one heck of a party!!  I was right.

Web and Catie are SO wonderful to be around.  Their love shines pretty bright and just makes you want to smile uncontrollably.  What's more is having them surrounded by all the people that love them most and watching them melt right along with me!  It was a perfect day.

One of my favorite parts was the "first touch".. they didn't want to see each other before the ceremony but they still wanted to sneak in a quick "I love you" from around the corner.. Here are just a few of my favorites.  Enjoy the honeymoon, you too!  Much LOVE to you both!!

Bryan + Nicolle

Nicolle and Bryan got hitched last weekend and I was so lucky to be part of it all.. they are magnetic and a joy to be around.  My favorite part of the day was just after their entrance to the reception the DJ told their love story.. it was pieced together from different friends and family.. including old nicknames, silly inside jokes and an abundance of admiration and love from all.  Thanks for letting me catch all the magic, Mr and Mrs Curit!!  Congratulations!! <3

Chelsea + Andy

Chelsea and Andy.. My goodness this day.  One of the things I love the most about being a wedding photographer is getting to know the couples, their families, life long friends.. listening to all the old stories and laughing about memories and how each one got to that current day.  The wedding day.

As I went back through the images from this day I laughed SO much.. I cried a little too.  I love being able to give people these treasured gifts of memories.  The groomsman with the wrong colored pants.  The Best Man DOG tired from a crazy week of welcoming a brand new baby.. and dressing his toddler for her flower girl duties.. <3  The Maid of Honor RAPPING her speech to some Fresh Prince of Bel Air beats (you killed it Kimmy)!!  And all those sweet moments in between.

So many congratulations Andy and Chelsea.. you were a joy and a pleasure.  Cheers to a million years!! <3

Amy + Blaine

I met Amy and Blaine last weekend for their engagement session..  annnd I totally fell in love with them.  We made our way up to the top of Washington Tower..  over looking Boston on a gorgeous afternoon.  Dreamy day.  Gorgeous, sweeeet and loving couple.  I love my job so much!  I Cannot wait the the wedding later this year!!  Congratulations Amy and Blaine!  I am so excited to be a little part of your story!! <3

Whitney + Calab

Whitney and Calab tied the knot over Memorial Day Weekend at Moose Lake Ranch.  It was the perfect day.. abundant sunshine, endless laughs and a whole lot of love!  They are High School Sweethearts and the sweetest duo around... I could watch them interact for hours, it makes my heart melt.

They chose to do a first look and we were so lucky to get some rolling mountains in the far distance.. Moose Lake Ranch really has it all.  I was so happy to be there and help capture this wonderful day.  Loving friends and Family all coming together in celebration.  There is nothing better!  Cheers to a million years, Whitney and Calab!!  I adore YOU!!  XO

Lindsay + Dan

It was such a pleasure taking the back roads up to Jackson, New Hampshire last weekend to capture Dan and Lindsay's gorgeous wedding day.. I completely fell in love with Whitney's Inn and the Beauty that surrounds it.  The Fire place where Dan and Lindsay said I do was the only thing left standing after a house fire several years ago and I couldn't think of a more beautiful or unique backdrop.

We had mountain views, waterfalls, adoring friends and family and the sweetest couple, ever.  Hilarious and heartfelt speeches, tear jerking first dancing and one heck of a party!  I was so happy to be part of it all!  I hope you enjoy a few of my favorites!  So many congratulations Dan and Lindsay!  Aloha!!

Taylor and Michael... Gah.  So sweet!  Loved meeting these 2 and their sweet pup!  I am already looking forward to their Peaks Island wedding at the end of the summer! <3

I had never been to Meredith New Hampshire and the Lovely Church Landing.. what an adorable little New England town.  The ice fishing and game tradition runs deep here, which made it perfect for Dan and Catherine's special day.  I loved starting my day on the ice with the boys as they geared up for the festivities.. rumor has it that nothing was caught, but nobody seemed to mind.  Winter weddings are so romantic and this one was the best.  Here are a few of my favorites.. the first look melts me.  Congratulations Dan and Catherine! <3

A few of my favorites from Erik and Carolyn's engagement session.. We met at Central Provisions because that is where there had first met a couple years ago.  My favorite part is that the only 2 seats that were available when we arrived, were the exact seats they were sitting in the night that they met.  Later we caught the sunset out on the ice on Little Sebago.. a romantic adventure.  I adore these two and cannot wait for their wedding this summer!
